If you look after an adult, Devon Carers are there to look after you. They provide information, advice and support to you in your caring role. They are there to support you and help make things easier where they can. There’s a great deal of information and knowledge at Devon Carers, which they use to save you time and provide support tailored to your needs.

Hospiscare Exeter
If you live in Exeter, Mid or East Devon, Hospiscare is your local adult hospice charity.
Hospiscare Exeter, Mid & East Devon is registered by the Care Quality Commission to provide specialist palliative care, and employs the medical and nursing staff who deliver the service. The charity runs the ward and day services at Searle House, Exeter, and day services at Pine Lodge in Tiverton and Kings House, Honiton. Community services are also offered which include Hopsicare@Home.

Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital
The Trust was established in April 2022, bringing together the expertise of both the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust and Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust.
They deliver a wide range of emergency, specialist and general medical services through North Devon District Hospital (EX31 4JB) and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford) (EX2 5DW). Alongside two acute hospitals, they provide integrated health and social care services across a variety of settings including community inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and within people’s own homes.

Seachange
Budleigh Salterton’s Community Hospital Health and Wellbeing Hub has been renamed to Seachange.
Seachange is an inspiring new approach to community support. Working on the basis that good health and happiness are closely linked, it offers easy access to practical support for all generations, young and old, within its area of Exmouth, Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton.
The programme of events are all designed to increase social cohesiveness, reduce isolation, loneliness whilst improving the health and happiness of our community.
They are funded through donations and grants from the public and charitable sector.
Seachange also runs a volunteer car service.
